Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zuqeva. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE — TO BE PROVIDED]
1. The service
Zuqeva is operated by [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME — TO BE PROVIDED] ( [JURISDICTION — TO BE PROVIDED]). Zuqeva helps you discover local businesses that may not have a website, generates a professional website from the business's information, lets you refine it with optional conversational AI editing, and publish it to a public URL.
How websites are produced: the initial website is generated deterministically from structured templates using the business's verified information — it is not the output of a generative AI model. Separately, an optional conversational AI feature (powered by OpenAI) can apply edits you request to an existing project. AI-generated edits may be imperfect; review your site before publishing.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Zuqeva.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One person or entity per account; account credentials may not be shared or sold.
3. Credits
Zuqeva uses a credit system. Credits are a limited, non-transferable usage license — they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, resold, or refunded for cash (except where required by law).
- Credits do not expire. Purchased credit-pack credits and subscription grants remain in your balance until used.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a fixed number of credits to your balance.
- Subscription credits are granted each billing cycle and currently accumulate (roll over) rather than reset. We may change this behaviour for future billing cycles with advance notice; credits already granted will not be taken away except as described in our Refund Policy.
- Signup / promotional credits are free and are exempt from any refund-related credit reversal or shortfall.
- Credits are tracked separately per payment environment (test vs. live); balances are not shared between them.
- Current credit costs are shown in the app (for example, website generation and AI edits). Costs may change with notice, but changes never apply retroactively to completed operations.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and plan changes
Paid plans and credit packs are billed in USD and processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and may involve a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrades are scheduled and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Unless otherwise stated at cancellation, cancelling ends paid-plan access immediately. Where a scheduled cancellation is offered, access continues until the end of the paid period and this is shown in the app. We do not promise prorated refunds after cancellation — see the Refund Policy.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and are handled at checkout where required.
5. Your content and third-party data
- Business information (names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, ratings) may come from Google Places and other public sources. This information belongs to its respective owners and is subject to Google's terms; you must not misrepresent it.
- You are responsible for the websites you publish, including having any rights or permissions needed to publish information about a business.
- You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant Zuqeva a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third party's rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
- Publish misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful websites.
- Abuse, scrape, or overload the service, or circumvent credit, rate-limit, or access controls.
- Use Zuqeva to impersonate a business or misrepresent an affiliation.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice where the violation is serious.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Zuqeva is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated websites will meet any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuqeva and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION — TO BE PROVIDED], and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [DISPUTE FORUM / VENUE — TO BE PROVIDED], except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@zuqeva.com. Legal notices by mail: [POSTAL ADDRESS FOR LEGAL NOTICES — TO BE PROVIDED]
