• Account information. Your email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), full name, and workspace name when you sign up or update your profile.
• Content you create. Projects, generated website configurations, edits, and related settings you make in the app.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive transaction and subscription metadata from Stripe (plan, status, amounts, timestamps).
• Usage data. Credit balances, credit ledger entries, and usage counters needed to operate the credit system and enforce fair-use rate limits.
• Business search data. Search queries you run and public business information returned by Google Places (business names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, ratings).

• To provide, operate, and secure your Zuqeva account and projects.
• To generate and edit websites based on business information you select.
• To process payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password recovery, project transfer invitations, receipts) through Zuqeva's email infrastructure.
• To enforce credit, rate-limit, and abuse-prevention rules.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use the following processors to operate Zuqeva:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
• Google Places — public business discovery data and photos. Business information shown in Zuqeva may come from Google Places and is subject to Google's terms and attribution requirements.
• OpenAI (via Lovable AI Gateway) — powers the optional conversational AI website-editing feature. Text instructions you send to the AI editor are processed to apply your requested changes. Initial website generation is deterministic and does not use an AI model.
• Lovable — hosting and deployment infrastructure, including transactional email delivery.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us, under their own privacy policies and data-processing terms.

Zuqeva currently uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels, tag managers, or other third-party trackers. We use only strictly necessary, functional browser storage: authentication session data, interface preferences, and temporary search state that keeps your business search results between pages. Because we use no non-essential cookies or trackers, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If this changes, we will update this policy before enabling any non-essential tracking.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. Business details fetched from Google Places may be cached for a limited period (up to approximately 30 days) to reduce costs and improve performance. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 8).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@zuqeva.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law. You can also update your profile details directly in Settings.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where the law requires it.

Zuqeva is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact privacy@zuqeva.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
